Shipping and Returns Processes

REFUND POLICY

Returns of products and payments due to change of mind are not accepted.

If the product is damaged during shipping, please contact us at gulum@lamiarosastudio.com to exchange it for a new one.

The products to be exchanged must be sent within 7 business days from the date of notification by e-mail. The products must be in their original packaging, well packaged and with their labels on.

In order for a product return to be accepted, the original invoice must be sent with the product.

If the product is in stock, a new one will be delivered to you within 10 business days at most. If the product cannot be supplied, another product in the same category will be offered as an alternative, if not accepted, a refund will be made.

Cancellation is not accepted after the order is placed.
