Return and Exchange Policy

• Damaged product and withdrawal notice must be sent to us via e-mail.
• The products must be sent to us via Aras Cargo within 14 days from the date of notification.
• The products must be delivered in their original packaging , well packaged and with their labels undamaged.
• The original invoice must be presented along with the products sent.
• In case of a replacement request due to a damaged product, if the product is available in our stocks, a new one will be sent to you by cargo. If the product is not available in our stocks, an alternative product in the same category will be offered. If the alternative product is not accepted, a refund will be made.
